Job Title: Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with strategic leads to support omnichannel development and execution.
- Translate brand strategies into structured customer engagement frameworks, journeys, and messaging approaches.
- Prepare materials, analyses, and recommendations to enable effective discussions with stakeholders.
- Support internal alignment across cross-functional partners, including Analytics, IT, subject matter experts, and field operations.
Required:
- 3–5+ years of experience in omnichannel, digital marketing, CRM, or customer engagement strategy.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, working within matrixed organizations.
- Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable outputs.
- Experience with analytics, customer journeys, and orchestration or decision engines.
