Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the planning and execution of technology capital initiatives within a major financial organization. Our team plays a pivotal role in creating business cases, managing budgets, and ensuring that technology projects align with strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and refinement of business cases for new capital initiatives, including financial assessment and alignment with capital planning guidelines.
- Drive the annual budget planning process for technology initiatives and track actuals versus budget, identifying risks and variances.
- Oversee project and portfolio tracking, managing initiative progress, milestones, spend, and ensuring full completion of approval packages.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and cross-team coordination in an Agile environment, supporting initiative progress and leading status reporting.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft products, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Clarizen, Oracle Fusion, Jira, and SharePoint.
- Background in financial calculations, budgeting, and spreadsheet management within technology or finance environments.
