Job Title: Product Review Engineer
Location: Berkeley, Missouri (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to join our team in a position focused on resolving complex product and process issues throughout the product lifecycle. Our team is dedicated to maintaining high standards across design, production, and post-production environments by applying engineering principles and innovation to deliver safe and effective solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and resolve product and process issues by applying company design principles throughout the entire lifecycle.
- Analyze, conduct root cause analysis, and develop dispositions for design non-conformances, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Support Integrated Product Teams by participating in design reviews and implementing product or process improvements.
- Design and analyze structural repairs, conduct basic static strength analysis, and ensure safe operations during damage repair or modifications.
Required:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- Current or previous Material Review Board (MRB) experience or certification; candidates without certification must complete a weeklong course in Seattle and successfully pass training as a contingency.
- Familiarity with metallic and composite structure repair processes.
- Regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work 100% on site as required.
