Job Title: Accounts Payable Representative
Location: Inver Grove, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to enhance our team’s efficiency by supporting the invoice payment process. Our team values high accuracy, adaptability, and strong communication to deliver effective results in a fast-paced, high-volume business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices within corporate ERP systems in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
- Support business unit customers and vendors throughout the entire procure-to-pay process.
- Demonstrate a strong focus on accuracy, customer service, and timely completion of work in a high-volume setting.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives while maintaining a thorough understanding of corporate structures, contacts, and stakeholders.
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and/or accounts payable/accounts receivable principles.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven attention to detail and organizational ability.
