Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Location: South Bend, Indiana (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to support crucial operation, inspection, and maintenance processes across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment systems in assigned facilities. Our team values reliability and competence to ensure efficient facility operations and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts.
- Support general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning and kitchen equipment servicing.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs and accomplish special tasks including painting, locksmith work, and tenant service requests.
- Follow safety procedures and document work performance while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Required:
- Possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year applicable experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
- Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude.
