Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to help ensure the effective operation and reliability of building systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure. Our team values technical expertise, safety awareness, and a strong commitment to supporting day-to-day facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair facility systems, including lighting, motors, pumps, HVAC/R equipment, and food equipment.
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as needed.
- Support inspections, preventative maintenance, and document work performance per direction from management.
- Comply with all safety procedures, participate in training programs, and support a clean and safe work environment.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and a valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and perform frequent physical tasks, including climbing, bending, kneeling, and driving.
- Demonstrated hands-on electrical experience, including troubleshooting 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written, and the ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and policies.
