Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives focused on risk reduction within a global organization. This role requires a strong operator who can take ambiguous business problems and translate them into structured, executable programs with measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs (planning, design, execution, and post-launch measurement)
  • Design program structures, define milestones, and drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Lead execution across workstreams, ensuring accountability, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery
  • Translate ambiguous requirements into actionable program plans and scalable processes
  • Track and report on program outcomes and success metrics, ensuring initiatives drive measurable impact
  • Communicate effectively with both working teams and senior leadership (Director/VP level)

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program management (not project coordination or PMO support)
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering large, cross-functional programs end-to-end
  • Strong ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive structured execution
  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business outcomes (e.g., risk reduction, efficiency gains)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting programs in risk, compliance, finance, or governance environments
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required for strong candidates with relevant experience)
