Job Title: IT Procurement Manager
Location: Overland Park, Kansas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic professional to lead indirect procurement initiatives within IT spend portfolios. Our team values individuals who drive cost optimization, risk mitigation, and supplier performance while advancing organizational goals through effective sourcing and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global/divisional sourcing strategies and portfolio roadmaps for IT categories, including demand shaping and supply market analysis.
- Identify, select, negotiate with, and manage relationships with key suppliers in partnership with internal vendor management teams.
- Perform cost analysis, total cost of ownership modeling, benchmarking, and deliver measurable year-over-year savings and value realization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing decisions align with business strategy, objectives, and compliance requirements, driving efficiency and innovation.
Required:
- Demonstrated expertise in RFx management, complex contract negotiation, total cost of ownership analysis, and supplier performance management.
- Proficiency with eSourcing, contract lifecycle, and procure-to-pay platforms, along with strong Excel, analytics, and financial acumen.
- Ability to engage stakeholders, communicate clearly, and lead change; capable of influencing at multiple organizational levels.
- Experience implementing risk mitigation strategies across supply bases, including contractual protections and dual sourcing practices.
