Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and drive the testing quality across complex technology initiatives in a financial services environment. Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and own end-to-end test strategy for large-scale initiatives, including functional, integration, regression, API, and nonfunctional testing.
- Lead quality governance for multi-team programs, mentoring QA engineers and SDETs while ensuring consistency in standards and tools.
- Develop, maintain, and expand automated test suites for UI and API testing utilizing Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), and Karate.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, maintaining test reporting, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholders.
Required:
- 8-10+ years of experience in senior-level SDET or QA Engineer roles focused on automation and enterprise systems.
- Proven expertise with Java, Selenium, Cucumber/Gherkin, API testing (REST, SOAP), and CI/CD pipeline integration.
- Experience leading testing efforts for large, multi-team initiatives and working with distributed systems, Kafka, Web Services, Oracle, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of test strategy, governance, risk-based testing, and an enterprise-level SDLC within the banking or financial services industry.
