Job Title: Employee Development Specialist
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking candidates who are passionate about advancing manufacturing skills to support organizational workforce initiatives. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality training, onboarding, and continuous improvement programs that shape the next generation of skilled talent.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver effective learning programs, assess knowledge transfer, and facilitate team coaching sessions to improve performance.
- Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives, maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Customize content using various instructional methods and support onboarding and foundational skills instruction for new hires.
- Maintain a positive learning environment, address classroom behavior promptly, and perform individual and group assessments to recommend improvements.
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support.
- Proven experience coaching, instructing, or working as an employee development specialist.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement leadership development curriculum or courseware.
- Experience interpreting detailed work instructions, blueprints, or drawings; understanding of safety precautions.
