Job Title: Privacy Operations Project Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking an individual to drive vendor privacy validation and integration readiness across multiple initiatives. Our team is focused on optimizing privacy compliance processes and enhancing collaboration between stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Validate and assess third-party vendors to ensure alignment with privacy and operational requirements.
- Evaluate vendor readiness for Data Subject Rights (DSR) integrations and apply a risk-based framework to prioritize initiatives.
- Gather and document technical, legal, and operational details from vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Create and maintain a vendor backlog, tracking progress, dependencies, and risks while supporting ongoing process improvements.
Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, program coordination, or similar relevant roles.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Security.
- Experience with privacy, data protection, or compliance programs (GDPR, CCPA).
- Familiarity with Data Subject Rights (DSR) workflows or tooling, and proficiency using tools such as Jira or Confluence.
