Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Conduct interviews and register prospective candidates for professional opportunities.
- Submit and review candidate profiles with hiring managers, assisting in negotiations to meet business needs.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously while providing professional support to managers and aligning with company talent strategies.
Required:
- Proven experience with strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing.
- Ability to post job advertisements and source candidates via the Internet and relevant databases.
- Experience screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for professional roles.
- Skilled in supporting compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies within a recruiting context.
