Job Title: Project Manager – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to provide critical project support within a high-impact team overseeing business and technology workstreams. Our team delivers structured project management expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain a comprehensive project plan with detailed milestones, owners, and delivery dates.
- Facilitate technical workstream meetings by capturing decisions, assigning actions, and following through to completion.
- Coordinate integration timelines by flagging risks early and presenting options with tradeoffs.
- Support the development and standardization of PMO artifacts and processes, including templates, status reports, and RAID logs.
Required:
- 8-10 years of proven project management experience, particularly in technology implementation projects.
- Proficiency in Smartsheets for building and maintaining project plans, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel for data tracking and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage integration sequencing, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional teams.
