Job Title: Business Control Consultant
Location: Rosemead, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead the consolidation and preparation of financial reports for multiple subsidiaries. Our team values expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy across all functions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the consolidation of financial results and prepare consolidated financial statements across multiple subsidiaries.
- Perform intercompany eliminations, top-side adjustments, and reconciliation of consolidated balances.
- Deliver the preparation of assigned sections in financial statement papers and ensure documentation supports SEC filings.
- Implement proposed changes or process improvements to streamline financial and SEC reporting processes.
Required:
- CPA or equivalent certification.
- Experience interpreting and applying Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
