Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team in a pivotal position that ensures the alignment of business requirements with advanced supply chain planning systems. Our team plays a critical role in driving process and system improvements within a global pharmaceutical supply chain environment, enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting business case assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with business support areas to develop impact measurements and facilitate prioritization for system enhancements.
- Partner with planning, operations, and project management teams to address system issues and enhancement requests.
- Facilitate the design, testing, and implementation of planning system solutions, including documenting functional user requirements and updating management.
- Champion change management through early identification of planning and system issues, supporting escalation processes and decision-making.
Required:
- Experience in supply chain planning within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Demonstrated expertise using Kinaxis RapidResponse and Maestro platforms.
- Minimum educational qualifications: Doctorate with experience; Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree and 4 years; Associate’s degree and 8 years; or high school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience.
- Strong reporting, analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to synthesize multiple data sets and draw practical conclusions.
