Job Title: Product Manager – Retail Product Lines
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team managing a portfolio of high-visibility retail apparel products. Our team is looking for someone with strong product management skills to drive strategy, innovation, and collaboration across key cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end product creation process for women's training apparel, collaborating closely with merchandising, design, and technical teams.
- Drive product and design reviews, participate in cross-functional meetings, and create compelling visual storytelling to influence internal partners.
- Define and advance product strategy, leveraging competitive and consumer insights to shape direction and increase retail energy.
- Manage calendars and timelines while ensuring timely communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in product-related roles, with at least 5 years in a product manager position.
- Specific experience in apparel product management, with strong skills in Excel and Keynote, and a solid understanding of retail math.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage product timelines, and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and consumer acumen.
