Job Title: Administrator Construction Manager
Location: Norwalk, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee Outside Plant (OSP) construction activities performed by contractors. Our team is committed to ensuring project quality and meeting design and budget objectives for digital infrastructure initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate permitting requirements including Work Zone Protection and Traffic Control plans.
- Maintain project scheduling to ensure timely completion and accurate inspections of pre and post construction work.
- Manage material inventory and utilize the JIM process as needed.
- Monitor project expenditures, investigate plant damage, and maintain accurate records including invoicing, timesheets, and as-builts.
Required:
- Strong knowledge of OSP Construction Standards and Practices.
- Proficiency with OSP Unit Descriptions and SSP contracts.
- Understanding of State, Local, and Company standards for Safety.
- Minimum five years of combined Outside Plant construction and splicing experience.
