Job Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist – Junior
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated professionals to deliver exceptional candidate experiences and operational support within a high-volume talent acquisition environment. Our team values strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding employment brand experience by acting as the primary liaison among candidates, recruiters, and internal HR partners.
- Coordinate and schedule onsite and virtual interviews, as well as draft and send offer letters to candidates.
- Initiate and track pre-hire background checks, adjudicate employment and education verifications, and ensure all candidate documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system, monitor candidate pipelines, and proactively prepare new hires for orientation.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience supporting talent acquisition or human resources processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
