Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: San Francisco, California (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead culture-focused initiatives and drive sustainable performance improvement within a dynamic organizational environment. Our team values adaptability and analytical thinking as we support leaders through organizational change and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee activities aimed at driving culture change and supporting leaders in building greater capability for organizational change within their workforces and teams.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present key findings prior to recommending actionable change plans to project teams and senior leadership.
  • Advise leadership on organizational development, change management, and behavioral issues that may impact the successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Develop and synthesize training strategies and plans, create training materials such as FAQs and virtual instructor-led training content, and manage the review and approval cycles to meet project milestones.

Required:

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with others in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation for evaluating data and synthesizing information.
  • Proven experience as a team player with organizational and adaptability skills to navigate new tools and ambiguous situations.
  • Capability to learn new systems quickly, manage engagement and training content, and work under project deadlines.
