Job Title: Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent
Location: York, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated professionals to oversee complex field operations supporting large transmission and distribution construction projects. Our team values safety, efficiency, and building strong relationships to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field operations for designated construction projects, ensuring safe and timely completion.
- Manage construction scheduling and continuity with subcontractors to maintain project progress and contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with project management to implement procedures, standards, and documentation, including daily reports and site safety audits.
- Review materials, verify equipment installations, and coordinate with QA/QC managers to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Required:
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 7 years construction management or craft supervision experience on transmission and distribution projects; or Associate Degree and 9 years relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED and 11 years relevant experience.
- Strong communication, leadership, and safety background.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to meet company driving requirements.
