Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking motivated, dynamic professionals to join our team supporting critical advanced aviation programs. Our team collaborates to design, integrate, and support state-of-the-art aerial refueling and multi-mission platforms that directly impact operational effectiveness and mission success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and maintain system requirements according to regulatory, customer, and contract standards.
- Design hardware, software, and interface specifications, ensuring rigorous traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
- Test and validate system designs to verify operational and functional requirements are met.
- Resolve integration issues and production anomalies, and support fielded hardware and software across the entire lifecycle.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry from an accredited university.
- 9+ years of engineering experience in the aerospace or similar industry.
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or Design Engineering (including Systems, Flight Sciences, Interiors, Propulsion, Safety).
- Fundamental understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements, development assurance, and/or functional integration.
