Job Title: Product Manager – Digital
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced digital product management professional to contribute to the ongoing strategy and execution of commerce capabilities within a well-established retail organization. Our team is focused on delivering best-in-class digital experiences that drive business results and enhance customer engagement across the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning and prioritization of onsite user acquisition and account experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and document detailed business requirements for key digital commerce capabilities through user story development.
  • Partner with technology, analytics, UX, and business stakeholders to drive development execution, user acceptance testing, and ongoing releases.
  • Analyze customer insights, industry trends, and analytics to recommend features, capabilities, and tools for the digital product portfolio.

Required:

  • 3-5 years of digital product management experience with an ecommerce business.
  • Experience working in software development projects and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong skills in writing business requirements, digital product definition, and user acceptance testing.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce as required tools for this position.
