Job Title: Test Engineer
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and detail-focused individual to support the development and validation of innovative products blending hardware, software, and human performance. Our team ensures high-quality system releases by overseeing frequent, structured testing and providing actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, recruit, schedule, and execute hands-on testing of experimental athlete-focused systems in real-world scenarios.
- Conduct direct testing with participants, capturing qualitative feedback and documenting system behavior for continual improvement.
- Collect, analyze, and categorize test data to highlight trends, identify issues, and support engineering teams with clear findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive release readiness, implement rigorous validation processes, and synthesize complex data using modern analysis tools.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in system testing, validation, or quality-focused technical roles, with exposure to human subject or real-world system validation projects.
- Proficiency in analyzing data using tools such as MATLAB or Python, and familiarity with embedded sensors, mechatronics, or hardware-software integrated systems.
- Strong ability to organize, execute, and document repeatable testing processes independently, with effective collaboration across multidisciplinary engineering and research teams.
