Job Title: Data Entry Clerk – Intermediate
Location: Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support our team with essential data entry and administrative tasks within transportation management systems. Our team values accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration to ensure seamless operations across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Complete data entry for load orders and closing loads in various systems using templates provided by the company.
- Verify truck freight invoices to ensure accuracy against ERP records.
- Monitor designated email inbox for invoices and route them to the correct Accounts Payable team.
- Assist in data entry and clean-up associated with truck transportation in SAP as needed.
Required:
- Experience performing data entry in Transportation Management Systems.
- Proficiency in handling tasks involving ERP platforms such as JDE.
- Ability to follow templates for entering load orders and closing loads efficiently.
- Capability to monitor and process incoming email invoices for truck freight.
