Job Title: Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our analytical development operations with a focus on potency assay sample testing and biological characterization. Our team is committed to advancing state-of-the-art methods and supporting critical regulatory and product development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cell culture and potency assay sample testing, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies to facilitate efficient workflow and compliance with standards.
- Operate specialized laboratory equipment such as plate readers, centrifuges, microscopes, and automated liquid handlers.
- Contribute analytical updates, documentation, and data interpretation to cross-functional development teams and support sample testing and regulatory submissions.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, or Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED with 4 years of experience.
- Proven ability to perform cell culture and pipetting.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Skilled in good documentation practices within a laboratory environment.
