Job Title: Struct & Payload Design Engr
Location: Renton, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking talented engineers to join our team in Renton, WA, where we focus on designing structures for the 737 Airframe. Our team is dedicated to innovation and excellence, ensuring the highest standards in aircraft design and production.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop structural components for the 737 Airframe using CATIA V5 and other design tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Support production activities and address design-related issues as they arise.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace Aeronautical, or Material Sciences.
- 8+ years of related work experience in structure design.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 and familiarity with Boeing-specific design tools and processes.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills.
