Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Tampa, Florida (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to oversee strategic, high-impact non-technical projects supporting critical business objectives. Our team relies on this position to enhance customer experiences, drive process modernization, and ensure alignment across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize systems including SAP, EDI, Salesforce CRM, and AI solutions by leading proactive enhancements, providing training, and resolving issues to maximize platform performance.
  • Drive digital and process transformation initiatives with a focus on service excellence, automation, and scalable digital solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Compliance, Finance, Commercial, Technology IS, and vendors to streamline service processes and reduce friction points.
  • Develop actionable project plans aligned to business and customer experience strategies, regularly updating documentation and ensuring objectives are met.

Required:

  • Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale projects, with strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in business process development, change management, and data-driven decision making.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Visio; experience working with systems for sharing and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to drive cross-program cooperation and effective stakeholder engagement.
