- Job Title: Engineer – Electrical Test Engineer II
Location: Kent, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a dedicated professional to facilitate performance testing and calibration of avionics development hardware. We focus on ensuring the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and data analysis, playing a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge aerospace technology.
Responsibilities:
- Create avionics test systems for test in thermal and vibration environmental testing chambers
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Python to support data acquisition, test execution and data post-processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical and data acquisition systems during testing
- Facilitate performance testing, calibration, and environmental testing of avionics development hardware per test plans.
- Provide support to identify root causes for failures of hardware during development test cycles.
- Maintain automated test equipment configuration control and traceability to support quality audits.
- Review and process large data sets to identify nonconformances.
Required:
- Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining test chambers and automated test and measurement equipment.
- Sound knowledge of electronics circuit fundamentals.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
