Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver high-quality audio-visual and technical support across events, conference rooms, and collaborative technologies. Our team values reliable operations and excellent customer service to facilitate seamless business and client meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support for conference rooms, studios, Zoom Rooms, and collaboration technologies, including customer-facing troubleshooting of in-meeting A/V systems.
  • Lead support for live in-person and broadcast events, operating professional presentation hardware such as video switchers, audio mixers, and PTZ camera controls.
  • Manage, triage, and resolve A/V incidents and service requests through corporate ITSM platforms, maintaining strong ticket hygiene and timely updates.
  • Perform regular conference room certification, readiness checks, and system maintenance, ensuring software and firmware are up to date.

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting audio/visual technologies in a corporate environment, with emphasis on event support.
  • Hands-on expertise with conferencing technologies (Zoom/Teams), DSPs, and audio/video control systems.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and experience working with C-suite executives, particularly for audio/microphone support.
  • Solid understanding of A/V signal flow, acoustic principles, and IP networking fundamentals.
