Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Rosemead, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology integration initiatives as part of a critical organizational program. Our team relies on this position to ensure the successful management of both financial analysis and project execution, delivering on schedule, scope, and transparency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial reports, tracking expenditures, variances, and forecasts for program releases while ensuring documentation is audit-ready.
- Coordinate activities across technical and business teams to align milestones with functional and technical deliverables.
- Monitor project scope against baseline requirements, support the change control process, and escalate risks as necessary.
- Contribute to procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations, especially regarding technology integration and financial components.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management with a strong emphasis on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven experience supporting large enterprise technology initiatives with multiple workstreams and complex schedules.
- Demonstrated broad knowledge of IT infrastructure and strong analytical skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical tools.
