Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Strongsville, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team supporting lending originations initiatives for personal loan and auto projects. Our team values collaboration and innovative problem-solving to deliver high-impact business solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Attend daily stand-up meetings and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Create and manage Jira stories to capture clear business requirements.
- Collaborate with line of business partners to gather and document requirements using tools like Figma and Confluence.
- Work closely with developers, a scrum master, and quality engineers to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Required:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity supporting technology teams.
- Proficiency with Jira, Figma, and Confluence required.
- Demonstrated experience in writing user stories and gathering business requirements.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with experience working in Agile teams.
