Job Title: Automation Anywhere Developer
Location: Strongsville, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a collaborative professional to join our team in driving enterprise automation initiatives focused on risk management. Our team values technical leadership and effective communication to enable optimal tool selection and support business partners across various lines of business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead automation requests and determine suitable tools or platforms for project needs.
- Conduct meetings and discussions with business stakeholders and team members to answer questions and coordinate actions.
- Provide minimal mentoring to junior team members and support ongoing Agile sprints.
- Perform light coding as needed to address automation requirements.
Required:
- 8–10 years of experience in automation using Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and Python or Java.
- Ability to explain complex technical terms and information in a clear way for non-technical business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High School Diploma and relevant work experience.
