Job Title: Financial Technology Manager
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled financial leader to oversee large-scale technology spend and drive the financial strategy for a multi-billion-dollar enterprise. Our team values financial acumen, strategic insight, and effective collaboration to ensure impactful technology investments and robust cost transparency throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with executive leadership to define and implement the financial goals for the IT department.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop business plans and forecasts based on technology cost impacts.
- Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance using the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework.
- Drive technology cost transparency and ensure chargeback rates align with forecasted consumption and business objectives.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar discipline from an accredited program.
- 8 years of related professional experience (11 years preferred); additional credit may be given for public accounting experience.
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Power BI is preferred; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
