Job Title: Strategic Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced professional to support our commercial learning and development function with measurable training outcomes. Our team values deep industry expertise and strategic thinking to ensure alignment and readiness during a critical product launch phase.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver foundational and advanced learning programs focused on market access and key account management, elevating commercial team effectiveness in access and reimbursement.
- Partner with stakeholders to define learning priorities, driving the implementation of cohesive and scalable training solutions aligned with commercialization strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training plans are synchronized with product timelines and access milestones, integrating priorities for global consistency.
- Oversee training delivery, execution, and logistics, maintaining standards and facilitating at least one in-person training session within the contract period.
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in training roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- 7–10 years of commercial experience in the industry, with background in market access, payer, or key account management preferred.
- Proven ability in training delivery and strategic learning execution, including launch readiness within commercial teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
