Job Title: Strategic Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an expert in strategic learning and curriculum development to drive the creation of innovative learning journeys that align with core business priorities, talent strategies, and compliance standards. Our team values strategic thinking and partnership with key stakeholders to influence and enhance the global learning ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR, and cross-functional partners to diagnose performance gaps and strategic capability needs.
- Design and oversee the development of comprehensive learning journeys and curricula supporting onboarding, functional training, leadership, and compliance initiatives.
- Translate strategic objectives into measurable learning goals, competency models, and program blueprints.
- Ensure alignment with quality, compliance, and regulatory standards throughout program design and implementation.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning & development, instructional design, performance consulting, or related roles within a corporate or regulated environment.
- Demonstrated experience designing and managing end-to-end learning programs or curricula, not just individual courses.
- Proficiency with learning design tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline), Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms, and experience with at least one Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
