Job Title: Senior Healthcare Revenue Cycle Consultant (Epic)
Location: Burlington, Vermont (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to drive success in healthcare revenue cycle projects for a leading provider. Our team delivers high-quality service, guiding clients through end-to-end processes and technology implementations that maximize operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end engagement delivery, managing project tasks, risks, and issues to ensure adherence to established work plans.
  • Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders and deliver both qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify challenges and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Assess, design, and implement new operating models and initiatives to enhance revenue cycle performance for healthcare provider clients.
  • Monitor project progress, implement mitigation strategies for potential risks, and ensure lessons learned are applied to future projects.

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle, including health tech or vendor implementation experience and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic.
  • Hands-on experience in Front End Revenue Cycle Management, including insurance verification, authorizations, patient collections, coding, and CFB/DNFB.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Ability to travel every other week to client site in Vermont and proficiency in project management software and tools.
