Job Title: Healthcare Revenue Cycle Manager (Epic)
Location: Burlington, Vermont (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a high-impact leader to guide project teams in delivering high quality service and client outcomes. Our team works collaboratively to assess, design, and implement high priority operating models within the healthcare revenue cycle domain, supporting the organization’s broader business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams to provide high quality service and deliverables to clients.
- Lead engagements to assess, design, and implement new operating models and related initiatives.
- Delegate responsibilities while offering oversight and coaching to team members.
- Establish and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders at the Director level and above.
Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare provider revenue cycle management with prior experience in a Manager capacity.
- Expertise in Front End RCM (Insurance Verification, Authorizations, Patient Collections), Coding, CFB/DNFB, and comprehensive end-to-end revenue cycle processes.
- Practical knowledge using healthcare provider EHR and revenue cycle management systems, including Epic.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
