Job Title: Technical Designer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to support innovative engineering solutions for our team’s commercial airplane programs. Our team values technical excellence and collaboration, offering an opportunity to make a direct impact on product integrity and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support engineering teams by creating, modifying, and defining drafted parts and product structures to address operational and quality needs in fabrication flows.
- Collaborate across multiple disciplines to identify, assess, and implement design changes and process improvements throughout the product life cycle.
- Review electrical component materials, process specifications, and engineering documents to ensure compliance and support hardware certification and production.
- Conduct lab analyses and lead corrective actions to resolve component non-conformances, contributing to continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Required:
- Associate degree in a related discipline with at least 6 years of aerospace design experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working with detail and assembly parts within aerospace programs, including proficiency with CATIA or equivalent solid modeling software.
- Basic understanding and usage of computer-aided design, design product structure (details, parts, assemblies, installations), and machining of metallic parts.
