Job Title: Product Review Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering professional who thrives in a hands-on factory environment and enjoys collaborating closely with production personnel to transform design into reality. Our team plays a crucial role in supporting operations, ensuring product integrity, and driving continuous improvements across the entire production lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, conduct root cause analysis, and develop dispositions for production non-conformances.
- Apply engineering principles to resolve product and process issues throughout the lifecycle, and develop and implement product or process improvements.
- Partner with production teams, represent the engineering community on the factory floor, and ensure compliance with required standards.
- Participate in technical reviews, damage repair assessments, and support on-site repair or accident investigation teams as needed.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master of Science degree from an ABET or ABET-equivalent accredited course of study in engineering.
- 14 or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
- Current or prior experience with BCA MRB within the last 2 years.
