Job Title: Studio Logistics Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: Our team is on the hunt for a dynamic individual to join the logistics division, ensuring seamless coordination and management of production shipments. We thrive on creativity and innovation, and this role is pivotal in supporting the creation and promotion of content through meticulous logistics oversight.
Responsibilities:
- Process local and domestic internal shipments from end-to-end, and support international shipments as needed.
- Oversee local and domestic production shipments, ensuring accurate data entry and logging in internal databases.
- Onboard crews from new productions to the Studio Logistics workflows and maintain internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide quotes, status updates, and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.
Required:
- At least 10 years of experience in the entertainment industry or 3 years in the logistics industry.
- Must have production experience (role ex: production coordinator, assistant production coordinator, shipping coordinator)
- Organizational skills, familiar with AirTable and GoogleSuites
- Experience with domestic air freight, small parcel, LTL/FTL shipping, and knowledge of transportation documents.
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex details into succinct updates.
