Job Title: Leadership Training Specialist
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Learning Spec Sr. Our team is dedicated to developing and delivering a variety of training programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy of content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs using the Instructional Systems Design process.
- Facilitate various training programs across the enterprise, both in-person and virtually.
- Review training materials to ensure consistency with organizational needs and course objectives.
- Consult with business units to define and drive training solutions.
Required:
- 8 – 10 years of related experience in training and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong communication skills and leadership experience.
- Experience with Workday and strategic planning in learning and development.
