Job Title: Field Project Controls Scheduler
Location: Claude, Texas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We seek an experienced professional to support the delivery and success of a high-profile power generation project. Our team values expertise in project scheduling and controls, ensuring projects run efficiently and risks are proactively managed.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development and maintenance of complex project schedules, including critical path methods and earned value reporting.
- Lead schedule analysis, resource leveling, and fragnet identification to support project objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to perform risk analysis, change management, and forecasting related to project timelines and scope.
- Support the implementation of project controls assignments, providing guidance and detailed schedule reports for leadership and project teams.
Required:
- Mastery of Primavera P6 scheduling software and strong foundation in CPM (Critical Path Method) analysis, including network diagrams, leads, lags, and sequence identification.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource allocation, and the ability to link schedule progress with cost data.
- Minimum of six years relevant cost control or planning/scheduling experience without a bachelor’s degree, OR a four-year bachelor’s degree with at least three years of relevant experience (preferably in Engineering or Construction Management).
- Eligibility for per diem and mobilization/demobilization if residing more than 50 miles from the project site.
