Job Title: Experience Designer
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Experience Designer to transform tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs throughout the entire experience lifecycle. Our team focuses on identifying and discovering customer and business needs through contextual inquiries and research, ensuring solutions meet those needs and delight customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of complex tasks into intuitive, user-centric digital experiences.
  • Execute visual, information, interaction, and service design elements that meet business and customer needs.
  • Gauge the usability of new and existing products, providing constructive suggestions for change.
  • Collaborate effectively within shared design systems and component libraries.

Required:

  • 2-4 years of related experience in UX design.
  • Hands-on expertise in Figma, with experience in other UX tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision as a plus.
  • Proficiency in creating low- and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end principles to ensure design feasibility.
