Job Title: Executive Assistant – Floater

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant – Floater. Our team values precision and efficiency, and this role is crucial in providing exceptional administrative support to various teams, ensuring seamless operations and high-level executive assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide back-up support to various teams, familiarizing with each Assistant's workload to ensure appropriate coverage.
- Assist executives with a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Manage and monitor executives’ calendars, anticipating potential issues and communicating changes promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared and available.
Required:
- Four plus years’ experience as an Executive Assistant; college degree preferred.
- Ability to manage highly sensitive confidential information with complete discretion.
- Excellent written communication and research skills, with extensive experience managing complex calendars.
- Financial industry knowledge is highly desirable.
