Job Title: Project Manager – IT

Job Summary: We are seeking an execution-focused leader to provide clarity, structure, and momentum for software and firmware development efforts. Responsibilities:
- Organize and drive execution for software and firmware development across multiple teams.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization in JIRA, with attention to bug triage, quality, and readiness for delivery.
- Establish and evolve execution processes to support progress and agility as priorities change.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and working sessions, ensuring clear priorities, alignment, and documentation.
Required:
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing software and firmware projects in an agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Scrum Master experience, with strong expertise in software and firmware development lifecycles.
- Demonstrated ability to build process, drive clarity, and adapt workflows using JIRA.
