Job Title: Associate Scientist
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional dedicated to ensuring smooth laboratory operations and analytical excellence. Our team values precision, quality documentation, and effective sample management to advance critical scientific processes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare buffers and maintain laboratory glassware, supporting consistent laboratory housekeeping activities.
- Perform liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis methods with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Manage in-house sample workflows, ensuring proper documentation and data verification in the electronic lab notebook.
- Support method execution and contribute to laboratory inventory and maintenance tasks as required.
Required:
- In-house sample management experience in a laboratory setting.
- Experience performing assay runs and handling method validation processes; LC method experience including size exclusion/anion exchange/affinity chromatography.
- Proven ability to complete general laboratory housekeeping tasks such as buffer preparation and glassware washing.
- Experience using Empower software for laboratory data operations.
