Job Title: Project Engineer
Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to support senior staff in the initiation, design, and delivery of projects, with a focus on facilities-related scope. Our team values the ability to translate user requirements into technical documentation and provide hands-on engineering support for ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Facilities Senior Manager with various ongoing activities, including new project initiatives.
- Complete facility walkdowns, assess system performance, and drive punch list resolution.
- Employ engineering skills to conduct field evaluations and provide informed design recommendations for existing systems.
- Adapt to varying daily responsibilities, ranging from maintenance operations oversight to project documentation tasks.
Required:
- Ability to support the initiation, design, and execution of project scope within a facilities setting.
- Proficiency in gathering user requirements and preparing precise technical documentation for third-party execution.
- Experience performing engineering studies, facilities systems assessments, and completing quality walkthroughs.
- Capability to conduct field evaluations and deliver sound engineering design recommendations based on findings.
