Job Title: Project Management Senior Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the execution of product launches, variation implementations, and activities related to lifecycle management for a global operation. Our team values proactive project management that ensures compliant change control and drives operational excellence across diverse functional areas.
Responsibilities:
- Manage change control timelines, ensuring timely and compliant completion of all tasks related to Global Distribution Change Records and Customer Facing SKU Records.
- Provide frequent updates to stakeholders—including Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality—on project statuses and readiness activities.
- Establish collaborative relationships with internal and external partners to streamline departmental activities and implement improvements.
- Independently execute, document, and support multiple projects, ensuring adherence to all regulations and good manufacturing practices.
Required:
- Master’s degree OR bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience OR associate degree and 6 years of experience OR high school diploma/GED and 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience in change control within lifecycle management, with familiarity in Trackwise or other quality systems.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and a strong background in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in supply chain and/or quality functions, particularly in lifecycle management activities.
