Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive alignment between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams within our organization. Our team relies on clear communication and precise documentation to effectively translate business needs into actionable development plans, ensuring continued success and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze computational design systems and identify business and technical requirements from various stakeholders.
- Document requirements and technical details with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate agile team ceremonies, including standups, refinement, planning, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate technical implementation, testing, training, and communication efforts across internal business groups and external vendors.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 4 years of technical business analysis experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
