Job Title: Support Engineering Support Maintenance Analyst
Location: Seattle, Washington (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support a key operations team focused on the configuration and delivery of critical product kits. Our team values cross-functional collaboration and proactive communication to meet manufacturing and customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the Master Bill of Materials (BOM) to define kit configuration for each model.
  • Assist with integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data, and technology to support manufacturing and delivery objectives.
  • Coordinate with supplier management, logistics specialists, and purchase agents to ensure timely part acquisition and order fulfillment.
  • Review, maintain, and monitor internal documents and customer orders, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Required:

  • 2+ years of related work experience, with willingness to work overtime as needed to support program and deliveries.
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Experience in manufacturing, repair, and maintenance operations, with familiarity working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
